As a UI UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our growing
plethora of digital products. This role demands an eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly product management and engineering,
to define user interface requirements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
You will be responsible for leading large design projects, providing creative direction, and ensuring quality
and consistency across another product line.
You should be comfortable conducting user research, interpreting data, and translating these into design solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction levels. Your expertise will guide the development of a seamless user experience while simultaneously establishing design best practices for the rest of the team.

Graphic Design: Develop engaging visuals for digital and print media, including web banners, logos, social media graphic designs
User Experience (UX) Focus: Optimize website navigation and layouts for an intuitive and positive user experience
– UAT of the UX of designs with end clients
– SharePoint/SharePoint Online / PhotoShop
– CMS Technology front design
– Silverlight, Flash, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript
– Adobe tools
– Strong Angular skills
– Proficient in Javascript
– Developing the code which will be deployed to run in browser and on touch devices & tablets

Job Responsibilities:
– Experience with Front End Javascript, HTML, CSS for a desktop and mobile application
– Develop Front End Web applications using web frameworks against Back End .NET services
– Developing unit test cases
– Perform research on possible UX solutions and communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and management
– Meet with project teams and stakeholders to identify and
communicate audience needs
– Design end to end interface flow for new (mostly web-based,
Desktop) application functionality
– Analyse existing interfaces to suggest improvements
– Define and implement innovative solutions for the product
direction, visuals and experience, encouraging a user-centric
approach for both web and desktop apps.
– Develop wireframes/prototypes to illustrate these recommendations
– Deliver an exciting and engaging UI for smart & voice service solutions
– Participating in peer reviews
– Participating in sprint planning sessions
